JOB SUMMARY: Digital Position is a fast paced, high energy marketing agency where our entire team works remotely. We're seeking a high energy Paid Social Specialist to manage paid social traffic, develop strategies, run tests, analyze campaign results, implement optimizations, and provide day-to-day management. You'll spend 15% of your time communicating with clients, 50% growing established channels, 20% focusing on establishing new strategies & channels for clients, and 15% working to help grow Digital Position or assist with improving our process. An understanding of the conversion funnel and marketing best practices will be crucial in succeeding in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work alongside a small PPC team of remote individuals
  • Understanding the Facebook Business Manager platform, tools, and integrations
  • Set budget and bidding strategies for all Campaigns
  • Optimize and create campaigns, audiences, retargeting efforts, and ad copy
  • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot the pixel, catalog and ad account for clients
  • Audience mining and creating additional growth opportunities
  • Provide feedback to clients on landing pages as well as ad creative
  • A/B testing audiences, creative and ad copy while assessing the most efficient combinations
  • Analyze & interpret results for the clients with steps needed for continuous improvement
  • Responsible for leading the performance, optimization, and budget pacing of the client accounts
  • Work with other members of the team to ensure the paid social strategy complements and amplifies all marketing initiatives

EXPERIENCE: 0-1 years of experience in:

  • Facebook Platform (Business Manager and Ads Manager)
  • Retargeting Strategies (Dynamic Product Ads, Event Based Audiences)
  • Researching Relevant Audiences (Audience Insights)
  • Social Advertising Strategies
  • Pixel Event Set Up Tool & Shopify Integration


  • Positive & motivated to grow
  • The ability to self-manage time (remote) and adapt to changing environments
  • Basic expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Highly organized with the ability to work on divergent brands and projects
  • Strong math and analytical skills
